We specialise in the recruitment of board level executives, non-executive directors and senior management teams. MBI & MBO Recruitment
We work with UK Private Equity Firms to strengthen the management and boards of MBI and MBO opportunities. Usually we are asked by a Private Equity Firm to identify a Chairman, Non-Executive Director, CEO or CFO to join the MBI/MBO. We are trusted advisors to Mid Cap Private Equity Firms in the UK who involve us very early in the process and our fees are then included in the deal costs disbursed upon transaction.
Turnaround & Interim Recruitment
About 30% of our assignments involve recruiting to improve the performance of a business. Not all investments go to plan and in the current economic climate many businesses fail to achieve their funding objectives or simply need to re-evaluate their strategy having fallen on tough times. We source expertise for turnaround scenarios to help investors rescue value from distressed assets. The most common appointments involve the recruitment of a new Chairman or an Interim Finance Director
We take the view that every business will require different skills throughout its development. It’s very rare that the executives who start a business and raise seed capital will be the same directors who IPO or trade sale a business. Understanding what skill-sets will be required during the lifecycle of a business can be the difference between success and failure.
